MINDFULNESS MOVEMENT
Mindfulness movement has been in existence in the form of yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi; all of which reduce stress and its physical consequences. My form of mindfulness movement is about the individual feeling comfortable and in tune with his or her body. I help my clients "check-in" with their bodies and what it's asking them in terms of physical activity rather than forcing their bodies into something it must submit to.
